I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2008 and have worked with people with additional needs since 2009.
In 2017 I had my son who had some health needs and did not sleep. I had support from an amazing sleep therapist and my passion for sleep was born.
In 2020 I completed my training as a Children's Sleep Consultant. My process includes completing a full assessment and providing a comprehensive, individual, sleep programme for your family. I then offer ongoing support to help you and your family reach your goals. I consider myself a gentle sleep consultant and there are a range of approaches I can offer. I strongly believe that it is down to individual families to choose the right approach for them. I promote a child centred process that is gentle and realistic for all those involved.
